Tihomir Houška graduated in Law from the University of Zagreb in 1993. He passed the bar exam in 1996 and the notary public exam in 2002.
Before registering in the Register of Lawyers he mostly worked in the business sector, at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and the Croatian Employers’ Association. From 1999 to 2004 he worked at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.
He registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Croatian Bar Association in 2004 and ran an independent law firm from 2004 to 2007. He founded the OWENS, HOUŠKA AND PARTNERS, Law Firm, Llc. with attorney Nataša Owens at the beginning of 2007.
