Magdalena Pezer joined the law firm Owens, Houška & Partners in 2021 as a student while studying law at the Faculty of Law in Split.
From 2022 until completing her law degree in January 2025, she worked as an administrative assistant, and in February 2025, she became a trainee lawyer.
